Repainted it a dozen times... still not satisfied though.... but so be it.

We construct a narrative for ourselves, and that's the thread that we follow from one day to the next. People who disintegrate as personalities are the ones who lose that thread. 

You see, the interesting thing about books, as opposed, say, to films, is thats it's always just one persong encountering the book, it's not an audience, it's one to one.
